Welcome to Sable Events, your premier source for gravel racing in Northern Arizona! We are a team of passionate cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts who have come together to bring you the best gravel racing experiences to Northern Arizona starting with the Bear Howard Gravel Race!

Our events are designed to challenge and inspire riders of all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals. We take great pride in the quality of our races, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every detail is addressed, from the course design to the post-race festivities.

We have now expanded and while it has been a journey to get here we are excited to expand our community to mountain biking. This is likely our bread and butter and ultimately where the adventure started, riding on trails that lead to pastures and cow patties. For 2024 we are excited to add the Ninth Planet MTB race to our calendar. Since this is ultimately our DNA this we are confident this is an event we will thrive in.
